Our Security Guard members are required to use an application called SISPAN that we made specifically for our clients, such as attendance, routine patrols with findings that are integrated into our client's media chat, making reports, checking salary slips, etc. This app along with the CCTV app is connected to our 24/7 Command Center.
Our Security Unit does not only carry out standard physical and area security tasks in our client's work environment, but we also provide security consulting services that are included in our contract. Request and we provide a high security solution at no extra cost.
Our Security Unit officers must be physically and mentally trained and must be certified as Gada Pratama (for Security Guard members), Gada Madya (for Danru, Supervisor and Chief), and Gada Utama for our Top Level Management. There is no week without Physical Mental Development Exercises, it is our routine, supported by structured supervision in the form of random routine patrols, to maintain excellent work results.
We also provide the latest equipment to provide full security to our clients, such as CCTV combined with an early warning alarm system, facial recognition and applications to manage visitors (e-Visitors) as well as various latest technologies that we can provide. Our Security Guard members are required to upgrade their capabilities and mastery of equipment to support their job.
